3Qc is a tenant improvement project located in Folsom CA. BCA worked closely with the tenant to provide a 21st century office design reflective of the company brand.
The unique build out has an entirely open ceiling design and was planned to maintain the open feeling throughout within the office layout. The layout maximizes the natural light, filtering it throughout the suite, as well as views of the scenic greenbelt just outside.
