San Jose, CA – Oscar Bedolla, AIA, has been elevated to Project Architect with BCA Architects. He recently earned his California architectural registration and has proven to have keen abilities in managing the design and documentation tasks of a project, all of which have earned him this promotion. As a Project Architect his responsibilities include developing plans and documents for architectural projects, as well as being responsible for interpreting, organizing, executing and coordinating project assignments.

Bedolla is currently engaged in bond program implementation projects with Santa Cruz City Schools, such as significant renovations at Santa Cruz High School and Soquel High School. He provided support to the architectural teams for Pioneer Valley High School’s new Performing Arts Center, which will be completed in May of 2017; for the new Multipurpose Building at El Capitan Elementary School in Delhi, CA; for multiple projects with Mendota Unified School District in Fresno County, CA, including the new Mendota Elementary School and renovations of McCabe Elementary School and Washington Elementary School; and for the Nursing and Health Technology Center Modernization at Long Beach City College.

Bedolla has been with BCA Architects since 2013 and was previously a Job Captain. A California licensed architect, his career has been focused on public education projects at both the K-12 and community college levels. He achieved a Bachelor of Architecture from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo.
