Two of BCA Architects’ projects are featured on the Sacramento Business Journal’s “Largest Sacramento Area Public Construction Projects,” a listing of regional projects ranked by estimated construction cost, which was published on Aug. 30, 2019. We are partnering with Natomas Unified School District to modernize and transform three existing elementary school campus—American Lakes School, Bannon Creek School and Jefferson School—into kindergarten through eighth grade schools. This project has an estimated construction value of $44 million and is ranked #27 on the list. Tied for the 32nd spot, along with two other projects, is the $40 million phased modernization of Winters High School for the Winters Joint Unified School District. Phases 1 and 2A of this project, which includes a new CTE building, improved campus entry and a new classroom wing, were completed in August of 2019.
